Pro-Home Inc. is proud to provide HUD and MHFA approved First Time Homebuyer Counseling. In order to receive your MHFA certificate for completion of the Post-Purchase Home Buyer Seminar you must attend all three nights of the course. Classes are held at 45 School Street, 2nd Floor, Taunton, MA. (the Board of Health Building). Limited and handicapped accessible parking is available in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Additional parking is available in the municipal parking garage and on Fruit Street.
Topics for the First Time Home Buyers Post Purchase Seminar include; Getting to Know/Maintaining Your Home, Fire Safety, Theft and Crime Prevention, Insurance and Tax Planning, Financing Home Improvements, Housing Codes, Tenant Selection and Tenancy Laws. All classes are held on Tuesday nights from 6pm to 9pm.
