Program Guidelines: The Elder Outreach Program serves Taunton residents, sixty (60) years of age and older. The Elder Outreach Program provides in-home case management services in the languages of English and Portuguese.
The Elder Outreach Program is funded in part by the City of Taunton, a Formula Grant from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and Community Development Block Grants from the Executive Office of Economic and Community Development.
