Motor vehicle excise bills must be current to pay online.
The 3rd quarter FY2010 Real Estate Tax bills were mailed on December 30, 2009 and were due February 1, 2010. This file is available to pay online until February 22, 2010 or payments can be made at City Hall.
This bill is only a preliminary bill which will not have exemptions, abatements, betterments or liens. If you were expecting any of those attached to your real estate tax bill, it will appear on the actual bill in May 2010.
You must have your current bill number to pay online, this number changes with every mailing; if you have misplaced your bill and need your bill number please call the Collector's office at (508) 821-1054.

Please note: the demand fee has increased from $5.00 to $25.00 effective January 2009.
Please note, you cannot pay past due water/sewer bills online. If you have missed the due date, please contact the Water Department at (508) 821-1045 to obtain the current balance due.
