Refund Procedure

Returned Check Fee
1. Full Refunds will only be issued for refunds requested prior to May 18, 2012.
After that date, a $25.00 Summer Festival withdrawal fee will be charged and your refund will be issued minus that fee.
2. There are no Partial-Week Refunds. Once the Summer Festival begins, there
will be no refunds issued.
3. No requests for refunds will be processed after Friday, June 15, 2012.
Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. Refunds will be paid in the following manner:
 You must obtain and fill out a Refund Request Form from the Parks, Cemeteries & Public Grounds Office and return it to 170 Harris Street, Taunton, MA 02780.
 All refunds will be issued from City Hall after your check has cleared your bank, which takes approximately 15 days.
Returned Check Fee
A $25.00 fee will be charged by the City of Taunton for any returned check. You must bring a cashier check or money order to replace the check that has been returned plus a $25.00 returned check fee charged by the City of Taunton.
