Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act
In accordance with the second paragraph of Massachusetts General Laws Ch 131, § 40, you are hereby notified of the following:

The Applicant has filed a (circle one) Notice of Intent/Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) with the Conservation Commission for the Municipality of Taunton seeking permission to alter an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act (General Laws Ch 131, § 40).

NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including the date, time, and location, will be published at least five (5) days in advance in the Taunton Daily Gazette.
