Notification to Abutters Under the
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act

In accordance with the second paragraph of Massachusetts General Laws Ch 131, § 40, you are hereby notified of the following:

A. The name of the Applicant is _____________________________________________

B. The Applicant has filed a (circle one) Notice of Intent/Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) with the Conservation Commission for the Municipality of Taunton seeking permission to alter an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act (General Laws Ch 131, § 40).

C. The address of the lot where the activity is proposed is _________________________

D. The (circle one) Notice of Intent/ANRAD may be examined at the Taunton Conservation Commission, City Hall Annex, 15 Summer Street, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. For more information, call the Applicant or the Representative at ____________________, or the Conservation Commission Office at 508-821-1095.

E. Copies of the (circle one) Notice of Intent/ANRAD may be obtained from:

F. Information regarding the date, time, and place of the public hearing may be obtained from the Taunton Conservation Commission by calling (508) 821-1095 between 9-5 Monday through Friday.

NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including the date, time, and location, will be published at least five (5) days in advance in the Taunton Daily Gazette.

NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including the date, time, and location will be posted in City Hall no less than 48 hours in advance.
