Elections Department

The City will hold a Special Referendum (Election) on April 29, 2023, relative to the proposed Public Safety Building complex.  

Polls will be open from 8am – 2pm.

Ballots are typically received 2 weeks prior to the vote.  A sample ballot will be posted once received.

HOW CAN I VOTE?

Voters have the following options to cast a vote:

  • Voters may vote in person on Election Day 
  • Voters may request a ballot be mailed to them by submitting an application to the Elections Department
  • Certain voters qualify to vote by Absentee ballot
  • Check back for more information regarding In Person, Early Voting

IMPORTANT DEADLINES TO REMEMBER:

April 19, 2023- (Wednesday at 5:00 PM) - last day and hour to register to vote, change party enrollment, or change address.

April 24, 2023 (Monday at 5:00 PM) - last day and hour to accept Vote by Mail/Absentee ballot applications for mailing.
