Three ways to participate:
1) Accept call on landline from Mayor's Office shortly before 6:00pm (To add your landline number to the call list ahead of time, 
contact the Mayor's Office at 508-821-1000)
2) Dial in to the meeting (number to be provided)
3) Listen (and submit questions online) via audio stream (link to be provided).
