Carve out your story to save for posterity!
Stories are important. It is how we make sense of the world.
Generations of children have no concept of what it was like to grow up in the ’30s, ’40s, ’50s, ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s. If a story isn’t shared, that experience will disappear in history, but if it is rediscovered within a story, it will live on for generations.
This workshop is facilitated by two award-winning storytellers, Karen Chace of Freetown, and Andrea Lovett of Abington. They will guide participants through finding those jewels that deserve to be remembered.
Recommended for ages 16+.
Space is limited and tickets are required. Registration closes September 29th.
Tickets are $20 for OCHM members and $30 for non-members.
