[ARCHIVED] 2023 Annual Street Listing/City Census

CITY CENSUS (1)

2023 Annual Street Listing/City Census

Residents should be receiving their Annual Street Listing/City Census form in the mail this week. All forms should be reviewed, signed and returned to the Elections Department within 10 days, even if no changes are necessary.
The required Annual City Census information is used for a variety of important purposes, which include proof of residence to protect voter’s rights. If you are not a registered voter, it is still important for you to return your census form as there are many circumstances that require proof of residency, which the Elections Office can provide for any resident who has been counted in the census.
Please remember that the Annual Census form does not register you to vote nor can be used to change your political party affiliation. Voter Registration and changes to voting may be done in person at the Elections Department office or online at the Mass. Secretary of State’s portal: www.sec.state.ma.us
