Mental Health Awareness Month

_Mental Health Awareness 2023 (Facebook Post (Landscape))

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Each year millions of Americans deal with the reality of living with a mental illness. During the month of May, the City of Taunton joins the national movement to raise awareness about the importance of mental health.
This year NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) is celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month with the "More Than Enough" campaign. This is an opportunity to remember and appreciate the inherent value we each hold — no matter our differences in diagnosis, appearance, socioeconomic status, background or ability.
We pledge to work together to stop the stigma, educate the public, and provide support to people with mental illness to seek help and improve the quality of their lives.
